Everything that would have made this a Tesla killer they dropped ball on. How did Porsche actually manage to make it heavier than a Model S(w/ less interior space) ? If anything that’s where they should’ve excelled.

Why are we shouting that Tesla “let” the driver do anything? Is the licensing process for operating these machines that meaningless now? As someone licensed for the privilege to drive cars on public roads (yes, it’s a privilege and should be regarded as such) everyone should be fully aware of their responsibilities…

As someone from a family with 3 generations of auto workers including union workers and management (I run a small tech company so I’m not one of them), my personal opinion is that the UAW is more interested in protecting bad employees and enriching themselves than actually protecting wages and benefits for the average…

But it won Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, so...

Dude, I just drove form NC to DC in my Model 3 last weekend. Added 15 minutes to the trip going down and 0 min and the way back because we charged while eating lunch.

I think general consensus was that their build quality issues were during a time period that they had to hit a certain production level or they were sunk. (July-2018, I think). Once that cliff was averted things cleaned up quickly.
