Doesn't anyone use Mötley Crüe's "Doctor Feelgood?" I don't know about pitchers, but if I were a professional boxer, this would be my song.

The problem with Hong Kong movies these days is that most of the money comes from the mainland, where entertainment staples such as violence and sex on film are frowned upon. Instead of Hard Boiled we get nationalism and unleavened melodrama. Bring back the old days, I say! (I live in Hong Kong and would love nothing

I remember not being able to sleep after seeing Aliens. I was high on adrenaline and wanted to run away and join the space marines…

I remember back to one magical weekend when my mom rented both Robocop and Predator for her three loving sons. The grocery store that rented videos in my town had only one copy of each, and neither had been in stock for weeks after their release. Imagine our joy at hearing that my mom had managed to secure both! I

I was parking cars for a couple of restaurants on Randolph Street in Chicago back in the late 90s. I parked Billy Corgan's SUV, and he was listening to Smashing Pumpkins' Gish on CD. I thought that was pretty funny.

My mom, brothers and I watched "Wild At Heart" in a hotel room in San Diego. I was in my mid-20s but still felt myself blushing when Bobby Peru started squeezing Lulu and whispering "fuck me… fuck me…"

I remember trying to watch that when my grandmother was babysitting. I must have been about seven years old? She yelled at me and sent me to bed right around the time the creature burst out of the dog's stomach.

Superjudge is a beast! Love it…

Excellent list. I couldn't agree more.

I've been to Penang a couple times. I listened to a lot of metal, smoked a lot of Dunhills and ate a lot of Hainan chicken. It was nice.

My family did a three-week road trip from our home in Michigan down to Georgia and then up the coast back home. There were five of us in the car, and I insisted that we listen to Living Colour's Vivid at every opportunity.

Mainly because it would feel good. You didn't say anything accurate.

I usually create a supplemental storyline to make the Christian themes in music that I like go down easier. For example, I assume the guy in the Smoking Popes is singing about an amazing girl, rather than his heavenly father. In other cases, I try to see Christianity as a metal fairy tale, with the kind of

No Netflix in Hong Kong. And Emperor Jim can lick my balls.

He was obnoxious as the racist delivery guy in "Next Friday," too.

Gangster No. 1 is great. What do you take me for? A cunt?

Dethklok's "Go Into The Water" gives me goosebumps. I love the scene where they first play it.
