ACCURATE. The most prolific sexual harassers are skilled at skirting the line of explicit harassment, constantly pushing boundaries in ways that break people down but don’t constitute an actionable offense in the eyes of say, Human Resources. At least that has been my experience working at a university.

After working for a guy who sexually harassed employees, this is the detail that makes me believe he’s a sexual harasser.
