Russia is trying to return the region to the status quo, instead of toppling a dictator. Because that second option worked so well for the U.S. in Iraq.

Hey maybe if you make the front page font a little bit bigger it’ll help skew the American prejudice against Russia just a little bit further.

Is #NotAllWhiteWomen similar to the #NotAllMuslims shit that happens on this site whenever there’s a terrorist attack?

You certainly didn’t say “some white women.” And you’re posting on a site that is 99% white women, so maybe you should find a site with commenters that you hate less?

I apologize. But please realize that my comment was made with complete indifference to whether or not you would be offended, because this is the internet.

My brother had an issue at our Catholic school as the lone atheist

Can you please put a trigger warning.

No wonder White women are so entitled and oblivious yet they have the gall to complain about sexism but have no problem dishing out racism.

I’m a South African now a dual citizen. I could go on a tirade about Zuma but I’ll summarize that the article didn’t mention the fraud, corruption, racketeering, embezzlement and numerous other scandals. He is still under investigation.

Isn’t that implied by “The Atlantic Slave Trade”?

Just saying "slave" instead of "worker" probably would have been better. Still, I don't see how you get the idea that these are immigrants here - the sentence begins by mentioning the Atlantic slave trade.

Genuinely curious: What other word would be preferable? To me, “workers” means “people who work.” I don’t necessarily think there’s any implication of wages there. Obviously, the work done by slaves wasn’t done by their choice, but they were primarily (forcibly) brought over to (forcibly) work.
