Manufactured outrage. The sentence starts with “Slave Trade”, and yes, slaves were forced to WORK, and hence NO, worker does NOT imply wage.

And it’s odd that they call them “workers” when they have no problem using “The Atlantic Slave Trade.”

Was checking whether anyone pointed this out. The very fact that the sentence starts with “The Atlantic slave trade” should give a clue as to the nature of the workers. But anyway, we need some manufactured outrage in order to keep mad at white people.

No it isn’t. There are plenty of articles where white people (all of them) are portrayed negatively and all statements against white people in general are massively approved off.

I doubt this site is mostly white women, given the vast approval of any and all statements against white people. There are plenty of guilt ridden white women left though, the only kind they haven’t managed to scare off/grey.
