Boob slider and magic bikinis aside, Mech games are a rarity, much less with gameplay on the level of the XB series. As such, it could survive on that alone. But it also has a genuienly likeable *real* protagonist in Elma (who even got her own trailer as DLC in XB2), a good (if polarizing) OST, and surprisingly good

Bantha poodoo.

I thought it was resisting the urge to have a character utter: “I guess it had indigestion.”

So this is the fate of the one they call Olyphant, to roam the great television landscape from show to show to play a role simply known as: Marshal.

I don’t know why but I love that we always end up back on Tatooine. Nigh infinite worlds to explore but we always end up in the galactic equivalent of Scottsdale Arizona.

raises hand. also the R5-D4 cameo. Glad it found a home.

Did anyone else notice that Space Raylan’s speeder was made from one of Anakin’s podracer engines?

To echo a sentiment I saw on another board: Favreau’s boldest choice may have been not titling this episode “Krayt Expectations.”

While I definitely reacted with “Tatooine again!”...this was my favourite episode of the series so far. Wether it was the longer running time or Timothy Olyphant’s presence it felt more like a real tv show and not a truncated nugget of a two and a half hour movie. Great action and clever change of aspect ratio. Glad

I love Arby’s. There should have been Horsey and Arby’s sauce in there. But — the kicker is Chicago doesn’t really have them except for two very strange locations downtown (one in a train station, the other downtown in an office area which is desolate now). I have this theory that if someone opens up an Arby’s

Where’s the Arby’s Horsey Sauce?  You are really missing out!

If nothing else, one of the best results of Sakurai-san’s frustration with the Minecraft music is that we got the fantastic arrangement of “Toys on a Tear” by the legendary Yuzo Koshiro.

“I can’t deal with this music... I’ll just call the greatest composer in game history and ask him to deal with it.”

I think at least part of the music situation is based off of licensing more than anything. Xenoblade X, for example, got 0 tracks to represent it, despite being a fan favorite with several very popular battle-friendly tracks. But since they were done by Hiroyuki Sawano’s weird Sony contract, its possible they weren’t

Well you’re clearly a stoner at heart, you’ll always have that.

You know, I went in stone cold sober. I’m not much of a weed person, unfortunately. I say that because everyone has fun with weed except for me. It makes me feel terrible.

Yeah, I was REALLY worried they were gonna pull a “he’s still in the coma!” twist, which would have kind of ruined the season for me. I really hope that’s not the case. But I think you’re right, and it’s just trauma-induced flashbacks. He hasn’t really been in a huge battle with all the other people yet, so maybe

Now this is good Takeout!

Question: how much weed was involved with this idea?

In composition its almost like an indian food sauce.

But there’s tons of relaxing tunes in the game, from Pikmin arrangements to Animal Crossing. And they’re some of my favourites.
