I'm surprised Marvel didn't cast Jackie Chan or Michelle Yeoh as The Ancient One. They both have name recognition in the West and have been part of big franchises (Rush Hour, Kung Fu Panda, Crouching Tiger, James Bond, etc.). And their megastar status in the East would've made for huge box office in China.
I'd rather bring back Christopher Lee. He played Fu Manchu in 5 films for Hammer. Plus, he could regale us all with classified tales of his days as a British secret agent in World War II.
