Being active is important, but when I was a trainer and through my research as a biomechanical engineer, I trained all sorts of people and the worst were those with ZERO time put in at the gym.
Excellent reply. I replied and stated that in my experience as trainer/coach/biomechanical engineer, we see poor mechanics(and understanding of) from people who start with full body workouts. Knowledge is power. The people at this site are regurgitation a watered down M&F article or something.

The structural quality and sectional properties are considered “true” of reclaimed wood in terms of 2x4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16 etc.
