There are very fast people out there, and I hate it when someone gets right behind me, or blocks for no reason. I end up driving badly... I don't want to be that guy. No one should be at a track day.

Why did I hand the position back? It’s a track day, not a race. I have to lift and the other guy didn’t, I don’t want to ruin his lap and fun. I felt bad when I cut someone off into turn five only to lift a little later and gave him a point by too. I’m just having fun, not out there to ruin anyone else’s.

All I can think about is the penny racers I had as a kid. Wind up cars that drove normally, until you put a penny in the continental kit slot and then they wheelie across the room.

There’s a C5 Corvette around here with a trailer hitch.   I see him regularly towing his boat, and garden stuff.

This is great — but has anyone thought of re-skinning the trunk lid to give just an inch or two more clearance so I can put my weekly shopping in there? For a grocery-getter it does a pretty poor job, since the passenger seat is full of hair dryers and brushes and product (whatever that is).

While the pluckiness and self-aware nature of the S2000 is amusing to me, the real hero is the McLaren Senna owner who is ACTUALLY tracking his car instead of placing it inside their sealed garage with a more sophisticated HVAC system than most laboratories.

I’m happier that they tried. This is something you see in some modern Batman stories and that at least fuels more of the critique around James Bond these days, as people look at the questionable elitist fantasies inherent in these characters.

Its a neat game that not a lot of people got a chance to enjoy due to the need for a gba and link cable per player. I would guess SQE sees a lot of potential for rpg fans who didn't have all that hardware back then.

Making the plastic parts look like they rusted is unforgivable.

My problem with it, really, is that they’ve neglected to add enough rust in all the places old cars actually rust, like the wheel wells and the bottoms and seams of the bumpers and the rear quarter.

I like the concept, but patina is never perfectly symmetrical. The front bumper wrap has a mirror image my OCD can’t unsee.
