And then imagine being so out-of-touch with how game development works that you actually think any kind of consistent player base would continue to exist around a game where players can pay real money to own a character whose kart is simply better and faster than everyone else’s?

It is important to note that Valve didn’t actually say that thing about not allowing games with items that have real-world value.

I’m more confused by the spraypainted logo above the photo being written as “CYbERTRVKK” while the text to the right says you can “ORDER CYBERTRUCK.”

I guarantee it is going to sell really well among people who make their living on YouTube.

Hell yeah, brown wagon Jalop out here doin’ the Lord’s work. Respect.

Not a lot of good landing spots for it at Moab, though...

This is my favorite comic out right now. I’m not even caught up on the show, but I’m loving the comic. Every issue so far has been a delight. Not just because of the writing, which I like, but also an art style that is... *chef’s kiss*

Did you read the comic? It was well done.

This brings up an interesting point, because I’m with you. For me, half the allure is the whole “rags to riches” climb, starting with a humble rust-bucket and working your way up to the big leagues. That makes the mid and upper-tier vehicles feel “earned,” whereas having someone toss you the keys to a C8 on day one

Man, I’ve been rooting for Rivian to succeed ever since I heard about them, but this is a pretty sour note.

First of all, that is a very pessimistic view, that people will stop caring about quality and put increasing value on demand for churned-out, mediocre junk. I disagree.

I really dig just about everything here, but I would have ditched the logo on the rear wheel and the exposed rivets. I get that this bike isn’t meant to be about restraint, but those two elements come across as trying a bit too hard, at least to my eye.

Most folks do not need crossovers. They buy them because it is what dealers steer them toward, and because they don’t stop to think about the fact that, in creating a midpoint between a sedan and an SUV, the crossover typically has each of those segments’ weaknesses rather than their strengths.

That’s a fair point. I’m pretty sure that same dealer currently doesn’t have any C8's for sale on the lot because they’re still such a hot commodity. (To that point, they were quite eager to have him pick up his quickly after it arrived, because it was attracting too much attention. Guys were supposedly getting angry

Yeah, man, I had Adventure Capitalist on my phone for a couple weeks, and I had to just straight-up delete it and not look back.

Not all dealers are doing this.

I feel like it is worth warning that Trigun (despite being my #1 top favorite anime of all-time) does include some random, over-the-top chibi moments that occasionally break the immersion and might be a deal-breaker for some viewers.

I, for one, salute Konami’s bravery in giving us our first glimpse of what Ronaldo would look like in a wind tunnel.

While this casting announcement had me just as shocked as everyone else, I will say this: The one thing I was hoping for with the Mario movie is that they would have the courage to break away from the instinct to do exactly what was expected.

Considering (certain sections of) the Internet’s ongoing fixation with wanting to be stepped on by tall, confident, high-heeled women, I’d say Bayonetta 3 is arriving at just the right time. Got to strike while the iron is hot and bothered, as the old saying goes.
