I cook up some hashbrowns, put those at the bottom of a bowl, add a big helping of cottage cheese and then some scrambled eggs and season to taste. A TON of protein and the crunch of the hashbrowns adds a nice satisfying bit of crunch.

What’s funny is that all these sports talk guys/writers LOVE Rizzo and call him one of the best front office people in any sport. That makes no sense to me yet they keep that to that line all the time.

Your QB example is right on the money. There are no elite QBs in the pipeline. And the league has had to adjust and QBs are now protected in ways now that they may as well be untouchable. And they still stink.

I don’t think Rich can ever stop doing steroids or lifting, till he dies. The synthol he injected has permanently screwed him up. I believe he mentioned that in a YouTube video and it sounded like he had just resigned himself to that fact. He was not relishing it but rather dreading it in a way.

I like that shell. I’ll have to incorporate it into my setup. Time to do some tweaking.
