Arrival’s a bit of a mindfuck in the sense that you’ll hear people trying to explain it to their dumbfounded friends during the credits. If you can follow the plot of Perfect Blue you can easily handle Arrival. It’s visually perfect and so is Amy Adams.

I’d throw Arrival in there too.
