I know the feel. I saw a movie at the Aurora theater the afternoon before the shooting. Even years later, I still sometimes get a chill thinking that me and my wife could have easily died, but for my inability to stay up past 8pm. We *always* sit in the front row, for the nice footrest railing.

This is close to home for me. Some friends were there seeing a movie and were evacuated safely. Feeling guilty about being overjoyed that my son and his friends changed their plans for this evening and weren’t there. Can we please have some fucking sensible gun law reforms now?
