I suspect it depends on the person - in a breast enhancement you do leave all the original nerves etc on top. So it may not feel exactly the same, but you don’t lose all sensation. It’s the same with a reduction, but that comes with a higher risk of loss of sensation.

If it was 5 inches soft after the surgery, and the enhancement adds about 2 inches, the article would seem to suggest that it was 3 inches soft, 5 erect. I could be reading it wrong but it is heavily implied that it was 3 inches soft.

That’s the part we don’t know, though. I mean good for him for getting the surgery, I’m happy he’s happy, but let’s not pretend that we’re talking about an actual medical condition (micropenis) and not a psychological or self-esteem issue.

But he was 5 inches erect. While that may not be massive, it IS decidedly average. Which means he wasn’t even ‘below’ average. That’s what I don’t understand.
