Pretty much all bill names are a joke. More specifically, they are designed so their political opponents can later say, “Senator so-and-so voted AGAINST the God save America and Protect Puppies from being Kicked Bill! Who could do such a thing!?”

How on earth can these laws be constitutional? Banning “divisive” concepts is laughably subjective. I guess it’s the same as obscenity, you know it when you see it?

I see no reason we can’t use these laws against them. I think that teaching that Columbus discovered America to be divisive. Any discussion of the Civil War that claims the Confederacy had decent people? Divisive. The Twilight Series? Divisive. Ban it. The Left Behind series? Divisive. Ban it.
