Danny DeVito's pronunciation of "who're"

I imagine he has it. He is a germaphobe and is shaking hands, right and left. Had he known previously, he would have protected himself. But he would have no qualms infecting others.

I couldn’t bear to listen to/watch more than about 30 seconds of that Trump “address,” but he really didn’t sound well. At times like he was suppressing a cough, and at the very least like he’s on a fair number of drugs. He is not ok.

So apparently Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have just tested positive for coronavirus.

This isn’t an average American shower, I’m sure. It’s going to have multiple shower heads, some sort of seat, and probably enough room for a small book club to meet on Tuesday evenings.

I’m in a corporate environment but there are absolutely roles that can’t be set up to work from home, so I have no idea what those people are going to do. Keeping coming into the office? Stay home and not get paid?

I really like Miracle Workers. I also adore Daniel Radcliffe & Steve Bushemi (sorry I'm pretty sure I fucked the spelling lol). Last season was so original. Season 2 is a hilariously big change, but it works. I'm really hoping they get renewed for a third season.

Actually, it was when Kate and Wills staff thru Meghan and Harry to the tabloids when William was heavily rumored/believed to be having an affair with the wife of a couple they were very good friends with in the country.

To Princess Michael at that “welcome to the family” Xmas shindig where she wore that awful brooch.

I’ve assumed Prince Philip has said something that was racist, and that William has said something like, “Surely you don’t mean to suggest that Granddad was being racist, just because he said (that thing that is clearly racist). That’s not about racism, that’s about tradition, Harry. Pish posh.”

I call it perceived, or perhaps created would be a better term. William and Kate made a point of going to that church in the same party as Harry and Meghan instead of in the Queen’s party. That is a pretty big vote of confidence and solidarity in royal circles, because they can never say anything flat out

According to the rags, what started out as a snide rumor that it was all a cat fight between Kate and Meghan—supported by ‘insider’ assertions that Meghan is difficult to work with/be around—turned into a rumor that the feud came about because Harry felt William was doing nothing to welcome Meghan into the fold, and

William and Kate do not look happy, Harry looks miserable, and I’m sure Meghan is smiling for the camera. If you look at their wedding pictures, it’s amazing how much William and Kate have aged in less than a decade. It’s not easy have three young kids, but they really look older than 38. I hope after all this drama

They’re also not “rich monarchs”. The only monarch in the UK is their grandmother. William will be monarch at some point in the future, after Charles, but Harry won’t ever be monarch.

Why are Wills and Harry fighting? Are people blaming their wives? Is there actually drama or is it “perceived” by royal  watchers?

Also, they are living in Canada, not the U.S.

They’ve been married just a couple years and Harry has already engineered an historic break from the royal family. That isn’t doing nothing.

Joan, maybe it’s better that you leave Royals coverage to Kelly Faircloth. You clearly loathe them, and I come to Jez for snark, not “loathing! unadulterated loathing!”

I think the dinner scene would be more like Harry yelling at William and the rest of the family, “The racists came for my wife and you did nothing!”

Is there an underlying reality here that Barb is fearful of Madi’s “values”as an Evangelical- i.e. doesn’t want her son to marry someone who potentially isn’t pro-choice, doesn’t support gay marriage, etc- and chose to not politicize this show, purposefully keeping her negative feedback very vague? Or am I giving Barb

Disagree. Barb uses crying to control the situation. Her bawling was totally ridiculous and then all of a sudden she was fine.
