OK I disagree with the Steam defenders on a lot of things but yes. A new service needs to be at least comparable to Steam. They have money. They can do it.

I agree with the first bit. Epic Games needs to do a better job at selling a consumer product. I just don't get the big deal with having to download a launcher.

Ok but so what? They don't take up that much room, they don't as far as I know fuck with your computer and they're all just a click away. It's not that big of a deal.

That's true for consoles. Not, I expect, for PC. It's a free service not a $500 machine. 

Yeah but they shouldn't have to start from scratch. They need to start with Steams features not ad them in incrementally.

Theres definitely valid concerns. But some of them are a little overrought. Like is it really a big deal to download another launcher? Wasn’t friend lists also a concern for Overwatch and Origin?

Jist as with Origin, Battle Network and Bethesda. Hell, what consumer benefit is there with Steam having a monopoly? And it's a frickin' free launcher for Christ's sake. It's a click away.

There’s a few diamonds in the rough. I read try Fox-Sama manga and it's pretty cute of not a bit Loki in the "don't worry she's really 800 years old" bent. I'll give the Isekai Quartet one a chance but only because I'm a big fan of Tanya the Evil.
