Oh, totally agree. HBO’s streaming situation has been a mess from the outset. It took me way longer to figure out how my Now subscription would be affected than it should have because they made everything about as clear as a mud puddle.

It’s REALLY ugly. HBO Max will eventually fully replace HBO Now, I believe, and so far as I know HBO Now subscribers will simply have their app replaced. That’s how it’s worked on 2 of my devices, but not sure on Fire devices, which currently don’t have the Max app.

Isn’t HBO Go for people who have HBO via their cable subscription? That’s always been my understanding.

I thought that on Fire devices, HBO Now would stay the same. I am a subscriber and was updated to Max on my PS4 and phone, but haven’t yet been able to check out what happened to the old HBO Now app on a Firestick.
