What disappointed you about Blasphemous? I can’t say that I was disappointed, but I’m somewhere near the ending, I think I’m really close, but I basically just lost interest. Not sure why. 

Do yourself a favor and order some Better Than from whatever online purveyor you favor. It’s pricey, but totally worth having some or all of the flavors on-hand.

I dip all sorts of foods that aren’t pizza into pizza sauce. It’s a condiment as well as a main ingredient for a specific food. Broaden your horizons.

I typically use canned San Marzanos(Tuttorosso has a good, deep tomato flavor) which I hit with the hand blender first to smooth out. After I’ve seasoned and gotten it to a simmer, I’ll drop in some tomato paste for a bit of extra richness and to help thicken it some, then I control the thickness through cooking down

I never check to see who the guest is before I play the podcast and always giggle like a kid hugging a puppy for the first time when I hear BWD’s voice. And yes, the drawl really helps make some fucked up things seem less so, which is somehow more terrifying.

Eh, not really. Depending on how it’s done, the dough is made differently. It’s also treated differently before baking so you get that proper pretzel finish on the outside, unlike bullshit Auntie Anne’s and other pretzel imposters which are pretty much baked dough drenched in butter.
