I meant I didn’t see any stick shifting or paddle shifting going on.

Yeah, there’s no way flying cars would work unless they were autonomous. People have a hard enough time not crashing into each other as is. I can’t imagine what would happen if you added up and down movement and subtracted lanes from the equation.

East bay resident here. Yeah, they really seem to like doing minor fixes instead of building new roads (and doing it right). I can’t complain about our roads compared to most of the country, but they still seem to have their priorities mixed up regarding infrastructure.

He’ll do it! Well, maybe not. He did say Isis was supposed to be destroyed by now. Yeah........... I don’t he’s gonna do it.

I hope your experiences with journeys doesn’t come from ownership. If you do own one, my condolences.

Oh. I swore when I watched this thing in the past I didn’t see any manual shifts. Maybe i’m missing something.

The CLA is so bad. I just don’t get why people opt for it instead of saving for a base c300. I’ve spent a little time in both cars, and the c300 is so much better it’s not even funny. Maybe it’s because the new c class is just so good. It really gets the idea of “luxury” right IMO.

Surprised about the Tacoma, not the cla. It really is a car for badge snobs. I was disappointed when I got the opportunity to ride in one.

It’s usually just an FCA/Mitsubishi race to the bottom. Also, I don’t know if there’s a verdict for worst crossover, but my mom recently had a journey as a rental while her car was in the shop, and Jesus Christ was it shit.

You could sit down and have a beer with trumbo!

Well I wasn’t talking about a single car in the first place. Sorry if I worded it vaguely.

72 or 75, I forget. That’s an insane amount of boost.

You’re right. When someone messes up a fist bump or a dap, I just can’t stop thinking about how awkward it was the whole time i’m talking to them.

I thought they replaced the transmission with something completely different? Isn’t it a full automatic now?

The chassis is from an s-10, right?

Technically, yes. But the term “6 second car” means 6 seconds flat, all the way up to 6.999. It’s a bracket.

I’d be interested to see what this engine could do in a car like an s14. Seems like the GTR itself is what’s holding the engine back. A s14 did a 7.3 with a 1400 hp 2jz. They said they have 1000 hp left in this, so eventually 3500 hp. More importantly, it would have quite a bit more torque. Maybe i’m thinking about

People seem to draw the conclusion that because a car is wildly impractical, which this is, it is not longer street legal. Basically all cars this fast or faster are completely stripped single-seaters. Those crazy low 6/high 5 second stretched muscle cars drive on the roads to the events. What is so wrong with this?

Pretty sure the demon would be the worst factory car consumer reports ever tested by their criteria.

If they’re anything like my grandma’s triumph tr6, stay the hell away.
