Threads isn’t happening. People searching for Threads doesn’t mean people are using it.

It’s basically a pyramid scheme. Everyone can do it so the market is now flooded so no one makes anything except those who got it early on. It’s a losing proposition now.

Because a lot of people can't get a legit job for legal reasons. This gig work has the lowest barrier of entry. I know people who don't even have drivers license that use other people's information and vehicles just to make a quick $15. It needs to stop

100% I have never felt bad for either party. I honestly hope these companies fail and I never have to hear any driver whining about it again.

Dour dash drivers are not employees

It was a stupid model from the beginning. Why am I paying 10+ extra to get a meal delivered, often inflating the cost by 100%?

Whereis the proof that amazon franchises their delivery drivers?

Because most of these people aren’t working careers then doing door dash on the side. I have seen plenty of people delivering food from McDonald’s while still wearing the uniform of the fast food job they just worked. It’s an issue of these jobs not paying enough, not the side “hustle” not amounting to minimum wage

Oh please. Supermarkets deliver now. Elderly people aren’t scarfing down fast food daily to justify these services

Twitter was never that popular in the US, despite every news outlet making you think that. If journalists can’t become addicted to it and lazily get their ‘news’ from it, then it certainly wont be catching on either.

2 weeks ago they had 50% left, now they only have 20%. The remainder haven’t bothered switching it off and I am sure by years end it will just be 5%
