There is no place for your balance and perspective on the internet. Either jump to rage-filled conclusions like everyone else, or turn in your keyboard.

Speaking from personal experience, a spouse is also pretty good at getting you to fix any/all projects.

The most interesting man in the world disagrees

Fixed it for you Patrick!

And at least 100 of those will be delivered to a side of a telephone pole within a week.

Jalopnik runs a lot of stories about cars most of its readership can’t afford. The commentariat has a lot of opinions about those cars. What’s your point?

Sorry to hear about your divorce.

Oh I do. I bathed once, in 1998. It was awful.

Actually, if I didn’t bath, do you know how much money I’d lose? I’d probably lose my wife, my kids, and my jobs... lol.

Have you considered changing the name from project slow devil to HAL? This Jeep is clearly saying, “Just what do you think you’re doing, Dave?”

I think your sarcasm meter is broken this morning. All of these comments in this thread are in jest (and rather funny) but you seem to be taking them seriously. I have no suggestion other than what IT always tells me: shut down and reboot. I hope your meter works normally afterwards.

I’m genuinely sad that some people cannot comprehend your sarcasm.

Or you can get a gently used Mazda6 for $17K, have a car that weighs 10% less, burns about 20% less gas, and has plenty of performance to be a mildly fun family/commuter car.
