I picked up 50 lbs of beautiful tomatoes last week for $20. A local packing house had a surplus and was opening up sales to the public. My wife took one box to a coworker and we used the other to make tomato sauce and salsa to can. They were both delicious.

Half of my group remembered David wrote an article about the torque reaction spring, but still couldn’t remember the name of it.

The questions were completely off the wall and I had a great time. It was a great way to spend a Friday night with some adult beverages and according to my wife “screaming” at my tablet.

They accepted anything with the word hone for that one. My group put down “honing berries.”

Basically don’t click on unknown links. Something we should all know to do, but some don’t always have the restraint not to do.

I’m in. What the hell else am I going to do with my Friday night?

Goodbye Fancy Kristen. And goodbye actual Kristen. You will both be missed at Jalopnik.

I am a 1982 German coupe with an 8 rotor mounted in a front-mid configuration powering the rear wheels. It is fun to drive, but rusts horribly. I shall name it the Eishockey.

The caption states that he did indeed survive.

Well, hot damn. I’m home with the kids for the next two weeks. May just set a reminder on my phone and have some break time from work!

Man, this thing would be perfect for where I live. Not my actual daily commute to work, but for around my neighborhood and immediate vicinity. Why? Because I live adjacent to a 55+ retirement community where golf carts are allowed in the streets.

I was willing to entertain NP even given the miles once I saw the first interior picture. Then I got to rebuilt title and the decision was made instantaneously. CP all the way.

You sound like a real straight shooter with upper management written all over you.

This is beautiful. And I’m also stuck working from home the next week, and probably two due to local school closings. I promise I will not in any way shape or form work on my car during business hours.

I had a Sonoran dog on my last trip to Tucson. I sat and ate it, drank a Coke, and decided to get another. It was delicious.

Ah yes, the Florida State Fair. Which opens today and will mess up my commute home for the next two weeks (I work a couple miles away).

Nope nope nope

The part I like about that the most is she scalloped out the sides. Would have been super easy to leave them flat.

I commented here a couple months ago that they should stick the inline six they were developing in the RX-Vision and call it a day. As a rotary purist, they should change it to MX-something and just retire the RX name for when/if another production rotary comes out.

Dealer markups on large SUVs that are made by Hyundai and Kia. What a time to be alive.
