I definitely understand this approach and use it on my daily driver. I maintain it well and I clean it quite regularly. But I drive nearly 20,000 miles a year and they are mostly highway miles. The front bumper is going to take some rock chips, it’s just a fact of life.

Hoover just bought one of these for substantially less. However, his had over 300,000 miles, a tetanus-inducing hole in the hatch, and a driver’s seat that looked like a lion played with it on safari. I think I’ll go NP on this.
