I just got Paragard in June after having my kiddo. I absolutely love it. The only downside is the horrendous periods but it's really worth it. I didn't even feel the insertion! They gave me cervidil beforehand which I think helped a lot. Totally recommend it, especially if you can't take hormones like me.
