@StupidityTries: Yeah, I'm with you on fragmented community thing. It's unfortunate that such a fun game can't really be fully appreciated.

Warhawk: still awesome, still addictive.

Damn... Yu Suzuki was (is) one of my favorite developers. Man, what's up with Sega?

Don't forget the fact that it's also a more tempered review of the game, sans the overzealous hype of the initial 360 release. We'll probably see a similar score-drop for GTA IV.

Marketing and mindshare is key for LittleBigPlanet. Oh, and at least a $50 price drop on the PS3 in the fall. If Sony can tout LBP in mainstream magazines/media outlets like Time, Newsweek, EW, etc., in addition to the gaming mags, then I think they have a really good shot of moving PS3s as well as the LBP. The

Some really nice art in there. The Pac-Man one was quite nice.

@Caseus: That cracked me up!

I have some trepidation about there being a jetpack in the game... Oh, who am I kidding? The jetpacks should be awesome!

I found the line reading of "Oh shit, I'm outta control" to be absolutely hilarious.

Great to hear! I love this game.

Also, I have to add: I think Mega Man 2 was one of the best 8-bit games on the NES (and in my opinion, the best of the series). Here's hoping that somehow, someway, Mega Man 9 surpasses it.

This is a terrific little gag. For those of you who are new school, don't worry about it... it's simply a nostalgia option for us NES geezers.

Fox and Friends is an embarrassment.

But aren't Kamiya's comments spot-on? The action genre (as defined by the Devil May Cry/God of War/Ninja Gaiden paradigm) has changed very little, for all intents and purposes.

Hmm... the firmware update doesn't seem to be working for me. I get an error message when I try to update via the PS3, and it the download times-out when I try to use my computer. Weird. Maybe Sony's servers are just slammed at the moment...

Maybe now EA can port Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 to the PS3. Done properly, of course. No Orange Box nonsense.

@Andon: Thanks for the reply. It's appreciated.

I really didn't care about LBP until a few months ago... and now, after hearing this news, I really don't care.
