Yeah, my gut feeling is that it’s going to be far too easy for a judge to rule that there hasn’t been any actual harm yet as they aren’t in the US and haven’t actually attempted entry.

This isn’t a defence of Trump’s disgusting policies but I’m confused as to how people can sue a country they aren’t in for an act that hasn’t taken place yet.
