So, Trump did something he blamed Obama of doing to him? At this point, any time Trump accuses someone of doing something bad it is nearly certain that Trump himself did that act.

I think that since Obama ran for president, GOP candidates have been engaging in intentional racist political strategies. Then, after Trump, it became apparent that racist bullhorns work better than dog whistles among certain demographics.
