Yeah it’s one thing to see a picture of an uncut well barked smoked brisket or ribs and mistake them for being dry when they are actually extremely juicy and delicious. But you can generally and accurately tell how juicy and delicious meats will be by just looking at a picture of sliced meat.

I would never call Tony Roma’s ribs BBQ but when it comes to boiled and sauced chain restaurant ribs they are fairly good — and I would take them over what ever is pictured in the tweet.
