Indeed. But, I doubt that McConnell would take the time away from approving ACB to SCOTUS given the fact that if Trump/Pence die or are incapacitated then he knows his days a leader of the Senate are over. He would rather Pelosi as temporary president then allow Biden to pick a new Justice. 

My guess is that Trump is too sick and too ‘roided out to be handling the policy tweets so there are just random idiots tweeting whatever comes to mind before clearing it with anyone.

If Pence becomes president then I believe that the new VP has to be approved by the Senate. 

There aren’t any undecided voters left — there are just Trump supporters that are too embarrassed to admit it.
