I was actually criticizing your own logic - I would not recommend you watch BTTF2 first. But I also wouldn’t argue that you SHOULD play RDR1 first when 2 is a prequel largely featuring another protagonist.

This is a prequel so having played the first really doesn’t impact the main story you experience in the 2nd.

No, I think the problem is - how is it sustainable? Are you familiar with the Movie Pass service? It was too good for how little you had to pay when it launched, too. It wasn’t a sustainable business model from the start and that turned into some major problems for it.

Yeah... the person that takes the deal is the one that would be to blame. This isn’t even a case where the deal was needed to produce the game. This is just a way for Activation to get more money up front from this title.

When did Xbox get timed exclusive content for a year? Also, this isn’t the same as a timed exclusive game. That happens and people don’t generally like that... but this is slightly more annoying as everyone can buy the game as the same time but, for the same price, one platform is getting something no one else will be…
