That’s ridiculous. Mortal Kombat 5 was called Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. Mortal Kombat 6 was called Mortal Kombat: Deception. It really is not that hard. They could call it whatever they want and people will figure it out.

Mortal Kombat has been around for 30 years. If you’re an animator who picks up a gig without doing any research at all on what you might be animating, including one of the key features of the franchise, you should pay for your own counseling.
