More companies should have flex hours. Some of us are just night owls, and no matter what you do, a night owl will be happier and more productive in the afternoon/evening.

I think to be successful you have to harness your most productive hours - which varies person to person.

Exactly. This technique never worked on me because I never wanted to go anywhere with my family. If they said “We’re leaving with or without you”, my pants would come back off and I’d be in front of the TV in seconds. Have fun at the movies.
