It kinda does. Every now and then you get requests to mod cars to an unseen NPCs specifications and then you get to deliver it for a payment of 25k plus the costs. You can also get up to 2 staff that can handle deliveries for you.

That’s what I was thinking as well. The game was built for Ps3/360 and there’s probably only so much they can do even with better hardware. I reckon they’re looking to get a clean break with the upcoming current gen version and are planning on implementing some actual upgrades to the engine.

According to Wikipedia, the producer for a video game is “the top person in charge of overseeing development”. As I understand it, the producer keeps the director grounded and makes sure everything is proceeding as planned as well as comes up with ways to adapt if and when problems arise.
