I posted a long comment upthread about my feelings about this lady and depression and I felt like maybe I was being a judgy jerk, and then when I read yours I felt way better, because this is someone saying *exactly* how I felt deep down but was unable to express it.

I have had such terrible depression I ended up in the psyche ward for almost half a year after surviving a jump off a 20-story bridge. I had to learn to walk again during that time as well as get treatment for my addiction.
