I like swing dresses in theory, and I have one that doesn’t look terrible on me, but mostly they just make me feel very lumpy and frumpy.

I’m from the school district next to where she went to school in Westchester and most kids from the Bronx still had a considerable amount of family there and would spend almost every weekend down there, so yes she can say she’s from the Bronx. 

I think it’s something that got completely blown out of proportion. Will and Kate have been looking extremely happy lately and neither one of them has a very good poker face, so I don’t think they’d be able to fake it.

Nailed it. I saw a post on a local ‘bad moms’ (eye-roll) group by a mom that was asking if she’s the only one who needed wine or whatever to get through a parent teacher conference or other school events. My kid is only in Kindergarten but most of this stuff takes a half hour and is relatively painless. If you can’t…

I am a mom and it’s really fucking obnoxious. It’s all just an extension of high school and trying to one up each other at how cool they are. 

This looks like it’s taking the ‘origin’ from The Killing Joke which is not necessarily canon, but as close as we have to a real backstory for the Joker. Even then, he’s an incredibly unreliable narrator so we don’t actually know if anything he says is true, or if he even knows what’s real anymore. 

Lol, same. These are perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack and I always have them on hand. 

That moment was so real - especially when she immediately tries to take it back because she knows she just lost all footing and all of the (very good) points she was making were lost. I’ve been there many times. 

Thank you. As a spouse of someone with mental illness, it’s incredibly taxing. You’re always recovering from one thing or another and there’s never a good time or good way to talk about the toll it takes - it often comes out in moments like this, but that doesn’t mean she’s wrong.

You leave Trent out of this. The Downward Spiral is still amazing - you’re pretty spot on on the others though.

Airsoft pellets do hurt, especially at close range and even more when you’re not prepared for it.
