I love all of the gap years from when Katharine Hepburn was too awesome to show up. And the one time she did go (to honor someone else) she showed up in gardening clothes.

Word. I buy all of my running tights/yoga pants there for $15. They also sell these super stretchy Pro Fit sports bras (I'm small chested and don't need much support) for $8. They're extremely hard to find in the store (I only have four of them), so I always buy one when I find them.

Did anyone else ever see her "Victoria Beckham: Coming to America" special on NBC (I think)? It was quite possibly the greatest hour of television I have ever viewed, and I've been a fan of hers since then. The lady imitating the dolphin was MAY-JUH.

Actually, Purdue (my alma mater) has unfortunately not come out against it. The University Senate voted to oppose the ban, but that's not an official university stance. Obviously, this is because Mitch Daniels is President of the university and probably still has some political aspirations within the Republican party.

As a fellow Hoosier, I think the numerous businesses that came out in opposition of HJR-3 were also huge in helping kill the amendment. Lilly, Emmis Communications, Indiana University, etc. are huge employers and bring a lot of revenue into the state.

Does it make me old that I was most excited for Sara Bareilles and and Carole King last night? Tapestry is my shit, and I saw Sara in concert in October and she was awesome.

Bring your snow blower to Broad Ripple and dig my car out! We have a little lot behind our duplex to park in, and I'm buried. Our neighbors don't own a shovel, unsurprisingly, so my roommate and I have tried to take turns to dig us out today. So far, we've cleared a path from our door to the lot and around our cars.

I loved both of her other books and was kind of meh on Gone Girl.

Seriously, where do all of you people work? I would love to have the day off to go blow my gift cards and cash, but unfortunately our office is open. But I suppose that's because it's the end of the year and the attorneys have to BILL BILL BILL in order to hit their quotas. And if the attorneys are working then so are

Okay, I'll admit that I was a bad person and clicked the link to read the voicemails. All I got from it, though, is that William is an awesome older brother. That message he left Harry had me laughing so hard.

Oh, definitely. The first two books were amazing, and the third basically undid everything that happened in the first two books. I kind of liked the unexpected ending, but I didn't really understand the point of it. Movie audiences would hate it, though, so I'm sure it'll be changed.

Co-signed. This is also the general consensus of many of the people I work with. We hit the Diet Pepsi and Coke Zero in the vending machine hard every week, but the Diet Coke is barely touched.

As someone who worked in a hospital for 10 years and worked almost every holiday, I'd like to ask everyone to please thank all of the doctors/nurses/respiratory therapists/nurse's aides/cops/firefighters they know that work numerous holidays every year.

A two lap ride around Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the two seater IndyCar (http://indyracingexperience.com/experiences/in…). Admittedly, this is only a good gift if you live in Indianapolis, or your dad is going to the Indy 500 next year (rides take place in April and May 2014), and it's crazy expensive. We got a

Just because you can't have a post about pardoning turkeys without it.

Okay, here are the contents of my purse:

Or when John Spencer died and The West Wing had an actual funeral for Leo with a ton of former castmembers coming back. That episode wrecked me.

Nashville's actually on Wednesday nights at 10 pm. So you didn't miss it!

And this is why I'm naming my first born daughter Georgiana. No one else will have her name, and she can always go by Georgie or Annie if she chooses.
