41% of Millennials is not a lot. White men, older people, white women, suburbanites... way more than 41% of those groups voted for this regime and way more of the older generations actually voted. 41% of Millennials who voted voted for Trump. That’s pretty low number.

This would be more likely to be a true thing if the mass of his supporters were Millennials, but they aren’t. They are people who went to school in the 50s and 60s and 70s when school was “good.”

I’m afraid that just isn’t accurate. It was very clear at the time that the film was about a trans-man. If you presumed otherwise just from seeing who was cast, that’s cool, but the advertising, Oscar push, and everything around that was very focused on the fact that Hilary Swank was playing a trans character.
