I live in the foothills of North Carolina right above the SC line and every day I commute along I-26 to Hendersonville at 6:00 am. Along this route is the Saluda Grade. Train aficionados may have heard of it as the steepest standard gauge railroad in the United States. I-26 runs parallel with it.

I owned both the MX-3 and the MX-6 and they were wonderful cars. I still miss the MX-6's balanced handling and the V6 smoothness. It's a pity the small/medium affordable coupe market has dried out in this age of SUVs and minivans.
