I'm starting to see reports on Twitter from trusted sources (i.e. every time I hope they're wrong, they're not) saying that St. Louis alderman Antonio French has been arrested in Ferguson.

I don't know what it will take to stop this, but the people need to retake the streets from the police. there's clearly a racial element to this issue, but it's even deeper than that and it affects people of all races.

My husband turned me on to unscented men's deodorant - Mitchum gel. Works like a charm, scent-free so it doesn't clash with my perfume. (A quick Google search reveals there may be a difference of as much as $1.50 between the men and women's versions.)
