Best diet drink, water. A small fix to the caffine headachs is excedrin. It has caffine. I lived on Mt Dew in college ( in my 40's) and it does nothing good for teeth. If you drink soda, try to do it with a straw. Hit up the doctor and go from there. Good Luck

I get both car sick and sea sick. Well controlled with Bonine (this is a motion sickness medicine). I have been on a ship with and without the balcony. It is so much better when I can see the water. Even on a a ferry crossing if I can see the water I usually don’t get sick. Plus the extra room is nice to have.

Listerine worked like a champ. After many doctors visits, money spent on medicine and a liver test to make sure the medicine was not hurting it. Nothing that the doctor tried worked.

In Notifications Settings you can turn it off completely.

I have not only blocked them in my email but unsubscribed and added them to my junk folder to no avail. I have been trying to block them for years and am still getting emails from them. I have never been a member nor do I want to be. I even asked them to take my name off any list they had...I still get emails.
