I liked Edge way better than Godzilla. The special effects were better in Godzilla but the plot was still stale and full of cliches, the characters were so meh that it took massive effort to give a damn and a lot of the acting was oof. It made me miss the Power Rangers for grown ups that was Pacific Rim ;-)
