This is so fucked up.  I’m going to assume that this was a mom who loved her child and was trying to keep him safe.  It’s a terrible tragedy and unless the police have her on video doing something other than what is described in the article above, it is inhumanly cruel to punish a grieving mother for this. 

I know it’s so mean, but I adore these stories of family members throwing shitty politicians to the wolves. 

I would love to see some Anti Choice politicians take up this cause to protect fetuses.

One (and I know it’s hard to pick just one) of this most infuriating aspects of the hearing was the way he was so fucking self assured that this was his right to be on SCOTUS.  Nobody has a right to be a Supreme Court judge! 

How are we not done with James Bond movies yet? White guy in tux, chases villains in a fast car/helicopter/airplane/boat, shit explodes, somewhat rape-y sex scene, roll credits.

Buy nothing groups are the greatest gifts on the planet for pregnancy and children. I have received and given so.much.stuff. Not having to feel bad about adding to consumerism for something that only serves a purpose for a few months is incredibly liberating.
