Our current person in charge of voting basically did a huge interview with the Seattle Times saying anybody who wants to can come down to the giant glass walled room and watch the ballots being handcounted. The exasperation at dealing with this idiocy was palpable.

In Colorado you can track your ballot after it’s mailed - you get a notification when it’s received by the post office and then another notification when it’s received and counted by the clerk. It’s an amazingly efficient and transparent system. So by all means, Trumpies, fuck up and invalidate your ballot by voting

“There is widespread voter fraud” - Trump

However, Trump advised everyone to visit their local polling station and procure a “new ballot.”

Wouldn’t it be ironic if it was Comey who went to jail over Hillary’s emails??

You’re right. The FBI trying to swing an election is bullshit.

I made my dad marry my mom

People can vote for whomever they please. I just don’t think emails that no one knows anything about yet provides justification should someone choose to vote for a racist, misogynist sack of improperly disposed medical waste.

my situation was the opposite.

It’s hardly a concern. Just try and appreciate the irony of it all. A man who has spent months shrieking about voter fraud had one of his supporters go out and do this.

You’re point seems to be that this happens all the time when it is actually exceedingly rare, regardless of party affiliation.

And my point is that your “examples” of voter fraud aren’t actually proven examples at all.

I don’t think you have a point, friend.

Please, go on. Because all I’m seeing here is a handful of isolated cases that are being uncovered and reported on quickly. Show me the millions that will supposedly swing this election. Heck, I’d settle for thousands.

you didn’t click through to read those articles did you? because one takes a handful of anecdotes that are almost all instances of clerical errors or mistakes involving generic sounding names of some dead people, and calls them “potential” fraud in a city with millions of legit votes cast over the decades.

Except that it doesn’t occur everywhere. That’s the point. Well, except for this documented case of a Trump supporter trying to rig this election. Put down the Kool-Aid.

Gotta say, it’s a decent scam but if they’d changed it to like a $500 so people wouldn’t be too hard pressed and went through social media profiles and tried to suss out likely cheaters, lol my spell check changed it to sweaters, they could have run a bit longer before they got exposed.

Two words: executive orders.

Some of us are “some people”. Congrats on being privileged and rich enough not to have to give any fucks about society, though. That must be sweet.

It is super telling about every single one of your privileges that you brush off his dangerous racism, misogyny, ableism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, love for murderous tyrants, and ignorance with a mere “...worse for some people, but calm your little heads”. Seriously? Get stuffed.
