I’m with you on this one...although I think it’s probably a bit too pricey at $6,500 (unfortunately, there’s no button for “NP at $5k or under”).

“I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was 12. Jesus, does anyone?”
Like most “but think of the children” arguments, it’s really about the parents.
Agreed.
I kind of like it, but I hate this (emerging) trend of video side mirrors that are streamed through cameras that look like....side mirrors. It’s very Rube Goldberg-esque. It’s an unnecessary complication/expense when things go wrong. Plus, the inside monitors have that tablet-squished-into-the-doorframe look.
Just had my first trip to a steak house in a couple years. Prime at the Bellagio in Vegas (celebrating a relative’s birthday). I got the dover sole... And I made the right choice. I like steak, but I’m not a big steak guy (and the steak my wife got was good but not great). I’d rather have some marinated $11.99 per…
If it was tip-top but for the battery... maybe. But with the 145,000 miles and an owner getting rid of it because he's sick of sinking money into it? Too many potential gremlins. ND.
I don’t think Americans have an aversion to blood. I think (some) people have an aversion to exposing their kids to blood and gore; and if the studios are gonna invest $200 mil+ they need every possible warm body in those theater seats (or streaming or whatever). I have no facts are studies to support this though. …
See Bigjojobongo’s comment above. Like BJB, I am not a therapist or physician...but living with a child on the autism spectrum, I’d agree with BJB that there’s a fighting chance this guy falls on it. And if this pattern brings him stability, happiness, and (relative) good health; then more power to him.
I just hope Hitchcock isn’t confined to a tablet for the entire season.
She wrote “Swipe your nose like a credit card...” which is like one of the best things in forever (and just slightly edges out “Macaroni in a pot...”). I’d say those lyrics are pretty goddamned smart.
The SVX is a great call (and great suggestions all around this time, even Mercedes)!
Kind of hate super/hyper cars...but I also kind of love this.
Thanks!
Can I get you a couple more dog whistles for your comment? I’ll take a “tasteless rapper” 10 out of 10 times over connoisseur of fine craftmanship. More often than not, they’re making the trends (and they’re a shit ton more fun).
When I read the headline, I was like “pshhh....I totally caught it”; thinking he was referring to the Sean Gunn cameo. But I missed it; and I guess Sean Gunn technically isn’t even a Guardian. I will now hang my head in shame and surrender my nerd card.
This sounds awesome. Will give it a shot.
I love the Last Jedi... Except the killing off of Luke Skywalker (are spoilers needed at this point? If so, sorry). Mark Hamill has come so far as an actor, and there was so much potential to explore Luke’s continuing stories (preferably serialized, on Disney+). Knocking him off was like pulling Jordan out of the game…
The problem: every time I read about a restaurant trying to build all costs into the meal or seems to fail. Now obviously this is small sample, but I wonder if psychologically we prefer it the old way even if we won’t admit it. Sort of how people keep saying they hate haggling over cars, but at the end of the day…
