If a lawyer was advising him, they would also tell him to shut up.
If a lawyer was advising him, they would also tell him to shut up.
It’s the saving face one. If he were following a lawyer’s advice, he wouldn’t be making a statement via Youtube at all.
I can appreciate that you don’t like it. I’m not a huge fan, myself, and am also in the camp of “wait till the price comes down”. I only rarely buy games at launch, and even more rarely bother with “special editions” or DLC. (Exception being for a “complete” or “GOTY” edition re-release, if it comes in under $50.) I…
The AAA developers and distributors already know about you, Jeff, in the broader sense that “you” are the part of the customer base that won’t buy the game at launch, and will wait for the base game to be discounted, or the full game (base plus all DLC) to be re-released some time later. You are already part of the…
Also, look for those scanner S class modules in each system, you can install up to 3 to stack their effect.
For easy early units I would buy the scanner S class mod for the multitool. Makes it increases the scanning distance to find things and scanning plants and critters can net you a decent amount of money.
I’ve been playing for about 40 hours, and really, I haven’t gone very far out my own solar system either. There’s a lot to do in one system and I think that allows for a gentle, plodding pace, which is nice departure from other games I play such as Warframe. I will highly recommend getting the free freighter sooner…
What I don’t get about this is, the game is gonna sell like like hotcakes. They didn’t NEED to do this and screw with their customers. They even produced a colletor’s edition that doesn’t even come with the game. WTH?
It looks great, but the micro transactions and the really consumer hostile pre-order editions are questionable. Why would a company who knows they will make bank on any game they produce and sell for years to come, produce a standard edition that locks you out of campaign content and a collector’s edition that doesn’t…
And the fact that that gif is a Joss Whedon line in and of itself makes it even more layered. You cherish that star, sir.
Remember back in the day, when you could get a year of Xbox Live Gold for $40 pretty much any time you wanted? Well,…
“It’s not gambling; we provide the pack odds so you know what might pop up in a pack...”
Wouldn’t you rather just be able to buy what you want? I think cosmetic MTX in $60 games are never going away, but they feel far less predatory when you can just go to a shop and pick whatever skins or hats you want rather than rolling the dice in hopes you’ll get that rare Junkrat outfit you’ve been craving.
I’m VERY ok with this. Everyone wins this way.
People expected it to be there because they stated that it would be there.
IDK if you’ve seen Person of Interest but she joins the cast eventually and her character is amazing. The first season is very rough IMO (to the point that I almost gave up) but it gets a lot better after that and Amy Acker is a big part of that improvement.
I just got a 4k QLED TV for 999.99. Prices are definitely dropping
I have an Xbox One X on a 1080p TV and both Rise of the Tomb Raider and Gears of War 4 have different performance settings. Since the console does supersampling, it is a noticeable difference playing games that are enhanced vs non enhanced.
Also the more you wait on upgrading to a 4K TV the more it makes sense to wait. I’ve already seen 52' 4Ks with HDR for $500.00 Canadian. I can only imagine what I can get in a years time.
I recently bought a 4K and an Xbox One X and I have to say...sometimes I have my doubts as to whether it was worth it lol.
