Mass Effect is my favorite video game franchise, and Andromeda was my #1 most anticipated game for 2017. I was looking forward to an epic gaming experience. Unfortunately, what we all got was a rushed narrative, botched animations, and (for me at least) boring characters. (For me, the most interesting character in the

I’m going to wait for the SNES30 Pro. It looks quite a bit better.

Hug: Xbox One. We’ve had some good times together. It’s user-friendly and easy to get along with.

I guess I’ll do what I normally do: go through the free-purchasing process just to own it and then never play it.

Did somebody say Pathfinder?

You don’t have to worry about that with me. The European version looks nice and all, but my nostalgic connection is with the North American version.

I have the humble HD 558 and even that is an amazing set of headphones. If you have the money and don’t yet own a set of Sennheiser headphones, this sounds like a really good deal to me. You’re pretty much getting the HD 650 for the price of the HD 599.

We must have very different tastes, because I loved Revelations. But then, I’m one of the few people who really liked Resident Evil 6, so maybe I have strange tastes.

I’m not forgetting about those. It’s just that I don’t like The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, and I consider both Mario platformers for the system pretty mediocre.

Mirror of Fate has its issues, but it isn’t one of the worst games I’ve ever played. I probably would have played all the way through it if I hadn’t gotten stuck on one of the bosses. And — to me at least — the graphics in Mirror of Fate are very nice for a 3DS game. I’m glad they’re doing something similar with

There are other 3DS games worth checking out too.

Once upon a time, the original Xbox controller was my favorite controller. I’m not sure how I’d feel about it now after using smaller controllers for such a long time. I’d probably have to hold one in my hands again.

It looks really pretty. It’s just too bad for me that it isn’t an arcade-style racer. I tried playing the original Project CARS not too long ago and I did not like the sluggishness of the controls (which I assume is more in line with how a race car would actually handle). I’ll take Forza Horizon 3 or the next Need for

Nintendo’s E3 showing will be a lot more exciting than last year’s pathetic display. They were in an awkward position last June. There weren’t a lot of interesting titles coming to the 3DS (which had pretty much entered its twilight), and they had obviously given up on the dying Wii U. They weren’t yet ready to

Having an overpowered killer like Jason can be fun if you’re just playing around in a private match with friends, but I can see how it could be frustrating if you’re playing with random people — especially if the person playing as Jason happens to be really good with him.

Their QA was definitely not up to snuff. This picture is just one example of the badness that made it into the final product. Before the game was patched, this character had this relentless death stare when you talked to her.

Playing some more Mass Effect: Andromeda. I want to try to make it to the “edge” of more worlds. It’s the new thing I’m doing with the game now. Chase the Archon? Maybe later. I’ve got some barriers to cross.

I think he was only saying “good point” to the comment about uncooked rice not being the same as cooked rice.

It’s not just the colors for me. It’s also that X and Y are concave on the USA SNES controller. I like the fact that those buttons feel different from A and B.
