So are we just checking in on Batwoman? Or is it back in the rotation? I’m confused as to how Superman & Lois got skipped over entirely, despite being one of the best superhero shows on television?
Routh came back to the role in the CW’s Crisis on Infinite Earths, and his arc was really satisfying for those who watched Superman Returns and thought he deserved better.
He brought a wonderful sense of anarchy to the stale talk show format. He briefly had a terrific talk radio show on Sirius, which also ended way too quickly.

People make fun of the CW but I’ve liked a lot of their shows and some have been truly excellent like Crazy-Ex. They take a lot of shots on shows and do a better job at letting them run for multiple seasons than most networks do.
There was Supernatural for 15 years and I hear they’re making a prequel spin off now.
I say Dowd and the other writers should buy the CW and turn it into their own network!
