I think the author is speaking “creatively,” not financially.

Paulina Alexis as Willie Jack gave my personal favorite performance on s2 of Reservation Dogs. (“I can’t be tamed.”) But I would not argue with recognizing anyone from that cast

Number One is Aubrey Plaza. It’s always Aubrey Plaza, unless it’s Tig Notaro.

Meh. He played John Cena really well.

I would toss a slide on here for all the young main cast of Reservation Dogs. They just are so exceptional.

Best Trek. Absolutely.
Morally Grey; Not by my definition but worth a discussion. I think DS9 does an excellent job of showing what it’s like “in real life” in space. While a lot of the decisions go against the Federations ethics, the decisions that are made tend to be equitable in nature. I have a hard time

You mention all these shows and just happen to forget Deep Space Nine? C’mon man! :)

I’ve enjoyed all of these shows so far (currently watching Midnight Club) but the term “Flanaverse” makes me want to hate them.  Can we just ... not?

This episode of She-Hulk was the best of the bunch and would have been a great episode if they cut everything from insulting the viewer’s intelligencea by verbalizing the walk of shame joke through the end.

The tactility and believability of the fight scenes made Daredevil one of the best action shows. It had the (mostly) grounded physicality of the early Bourne movies and rich cinematic visuals. Why more shows cannot learn from its lessons I’ll never understand. Aside from Barry, few things have captured a real sense of

Should: everyone who worked on Reservation Dogs

the first year of the show my kids (who were and still are at the “it’s so uncool to care” stage of teenage-hood) would spontaneously yell “BAT!” and then run around flapping their wings and we’d all cackle uproariously.

Sometimes the simplest pleasures are best.

I object to Jenna’s description of the final battle as thrilling — everything about it was totally obvious and not shot in an interesting enough way to make up for that. This is my biggest complaint about this show so far: it just seems like box-ticking and moving pieces into place.

Ya know, they always get ya. My Apple tv subscription ran out the 15th. Black Bird was done, Physical’s season was done, and For All Mankind’s season was over on the 12th. It was like perfect.

so in which reality/society men are allowed to “hulk out” in their everyday lives?

We’ve had several movies and shows since Eternals without a single mention that the Earth now has a giant dude sticking out of it.

Obligatory Canadian comment that Orphan Black is Canadian. Now that that’s out of the way: I think this show is a delight! I do not take issue with the character design whatsoever. The point Jen makes over and over again that women can’t really hulk out and have to learn to manage their rage lest they’re seen as

I’m not sure how the numbering system works. Season 2 started back at the beginning of the year and the clip above is labeled “Season 2: Part 2", while IMDb shows only two episodes remaining in the second season and it is showing no dates for the episodes labeled third season.

Chris Sheridan’s entertaining Resident Alien is back for its second season.I
