I beat it in one shot while getting ready for the final boss. It beat me up really bad but was not impossible after all. A nice addition to have.

As someone who graduated from computer science, this game was too “romantic” about AI going wrong. I can assure you when this happens for real, the robot overlords will be very effecient, very burtal and very inhuman in all the aspects imaginable. Humans would never stand a chance.

I read thru everything until the end where you said you LIKE Yoshida? Guy literally made FFXIV more tiring than an actual job over the years!!! You have to grind over and over on a daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal basis. You are basically turned into a slave so he could suck on your blood and keep his own job!

A western guy doesn’t like a game full of Japanese fairy tale memes (poorly) translated into English, without any voice acting, and the gfx is drawn in unfamiliar Chinese water color, I don’t find it surprising at all. Not even the Japanese ppl love it anyways back then when it was released.
